Tikehau is an atoll, so there's no relief or mountains, but instead a wide lagoon full of fish. Whether you're on a secluded motu or on the side of the main village, the beaches are beautiful and the water azure!
His tank dives
The Tikehau channel is beautiful and deep, and we regularly dive there to observe large sharks: tigers and hammerheads. From the first level of diving you can enjoy this spot.
Snorkeling potential
You can snorkel in the pass, or try your luck at spotting manta rays at the Tikehau manta spot!
Atypical accommodations
There are two extremes here on Tikehau: the luxury hotel with its stilts, and the Robinson Crusoe wilderness guesthouse with its rustic comforts.

An easily accessible atoll for a guaranteed "end-of-the-world" experience
Tikehau is a small paradise in the heart of the Tuamotus. Like Fakarava, it's an atoll with little land and a very large central lagoon. The atmosphere is perfect for strolling and swimming. Manta rays can be spotted here, as can large hammerhead and tiger sharks during dives. To visit this place is to enjoy the calm of the Tuamotus and the relaxing atmosphere it exudes. If you've got a busy schedule and are on the go, this is not the place for you!

ACCOMMODATION on TIKEHAU
On this atoll, you won't find an unlimited supply of accommodations, but some styles may suit you better than others:
- 4-star accommodation: Tikehau by Pearl Resorts is the only hotel on Tikehau, located on a magnificent motu and coral garden. It offers categories on stilts
- Premium lodge: Ninamu Resort is an atypical accommodation with bungalows in a very natural, almost "cabin in the woods" atmosphere. You've got to love accommodations that open onto the outdoors and immerse you in nature.
- Guesthouses: As Tikehau is a more isolated atoll than Rangiroa, for example, its choice of guesthouses is a little simpler and more rustic. We work mainly with Hakamanu Lodge and Royal Tikehau.
